Hands-on Prostate MRI Courses

The Prostate MRI Expert Center of Professor Jelle Barentsz aims to implement Prostate MRI through education, innovation, and research. We have years of experience in the worldwide teaching of radiologists and technologists, and our hands-on prostate MRI courses are the perfect step towards becoming a prostate MRI expert.

Due to the situation with COVID-19, we have also converted our hands-on course into an online course.

The course consists of 3 Days: (see Examples, and https://youtu.be/_4BvL29azJA):

:- Day 1: Lectures on prostate MRI theory, including presentations on the anatomy of the prostate, the various versions of PI-RADS, bp- and mpPMRI, MRI-guided biopsies and focal treatment, nanoMRI, PSMA-PET scans and the use of AI in prostate MRI.

- Days 2 and 3: Practical reading of more than 100 cases of prostate MRI from our daily practice. Our team (photo) will interactively guide you through the scans and answer all your questions. Our experience in training over 20 centers of excellence around the world has shown that reading as many cases as possible significantly increases the ability to read prostate MRI successfully. Therefore, we present at least 100 cases.

We currently have no courses planned, but we will consider giving one if there are more than 25 participants.
